Managing Director
Joe is Managing Director of Perdigon. He started working as an agricultural economist in 1998 and has been actively trading grains since 2001. His main focus and strength at Perdigon is adding value for all parties involved and bringing valuable relationships to the company. Joe is also part of Perdigon’s structured trading team.

After qualifying as a Chartered Accountant, Kevin built a career as a systems analyst and software developer, designing and implementing IT systems in a wide variety of industries. He entered the Grain Industry in 2010 and manages the Financial and IT functions of Perdigon.

DIETER LE ROUX
Director / Head of Trading
Growing up on a farm, Dieter developed a love for agriculture from a young age. He started working as an Relationship Manager at a Grain Company in 2010. Since 2011 he has been actively trading grains, focusing mainly on Oilseeds & Wheat. He joined the Perdigon team in 2018 and his main focus is structured trading and value adding to both the supplier and consumer.

Ando heads the By-Products Trading division of Perdigon. His main focus is to further develop and expand the company’s diverse trading interests in the agricultural market. He leads a team of highly skilled, entrepreneurial traders that add sustainable value to farmers and clients locally and internationally.
